Originally published in part on Webtoons (with 23,300+ subscribers and 560,000+ views), LOVEBITES is a heartfelt, darkly humorous 320+ page graphic novel that follows the (mis)adventures of four kids of varying moral character as they navigate both the grim zombie-infested wasteland and the equally terrifying survivors in it.
In 2023, I raised $26,065 through Kickstarter to fund production of LOVEBITES book 1 and book 2. Each book is 160+ pages, available for individual purchase or as a set.
LOVEBITES is an amalgamation of all my favorite genres and media combined. I made it because it was the kind of story I wanted to read myself. I wanted to make a story that was equal parts heartwarming as it was horrific, with elements of levity and humor without being a parody or mockery of the genre of apocalyptic stories. LOVEBITES explores often deeply flawed, nuanced characters and their complex relationships with themselves and with each other.
